Dr. Gina Navia
Dr. Gina Navia grew up in Burbank, CA and became interested in veterinary medicine after taking her first anatomy class in high school. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, she started in the field as a veterinary assistant. While working as an assistant for over 4 years she obtained her Masters of Science in Environmental Biology. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences. She has a passion for animal welfare and exotic medicine. Dr. Navia is fluent in Spanish and is committed to providing exceptional pet care at South Pasadena Animal Hospital. She specializes in working with small animals and exotics, including birds, hamsters, and guinea pigs.
