Skalkaho Creek Veterinary Clinic is a small animal veterinary clinic offering routine examinations and surgeries as well as diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions. They are a fear free practice and will see pet chickens and ducks!
Dr. Emily Race graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She and her husband, Dr. Brent Race, moved to Montana after graduation and practiced for two years in the Billings area. In 2005 they relocated to Hamilton where Dr. Emily has continued to practice small animal medicine. Dr. Emily is commited to using Fear Free Techniques to minimize the fear, stress and anxiety of her patients. She enjoys general practice as well as surgery and treats dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, rodents, and avians. When she is not at Skalkaho Creek Veterinary Clinic she is enjoying time with her family. Drs. Brent and Emily Race have two daughters, Melanie and Kirsten. The Race family loves to spend time enjoying the beauty of Montana whether it is a quick day hike or backpacking through the wilderness.
