Dr. Kristen Decina is the owner and medical director of Osebelel a Charm. She grew up in an Italian- American family from South Jersey and Philadelphia region. Since she was a little girl, Dr. Decina shared a special bond with animals, and knew she wanted to be an animal doctor from a young age. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Dr. Decina went back to school, focused heavily on science coursework, and was accepted into vet school for her doctorate at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
