Dr. Ganzer grew up in Kailua and attended Lutheran High School. His lifelong dream was to be a veterinarian; he loved animals from a very young age. Growing up, he always had animals: Jackson Chameleons, turtles, salamanders, cats, and dogs. By the time he was 12, he was already hand raising Love Birds. After high school, he continued to the University of Hawaii and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Pursuing his dream, he went on to Iowa State University and completed his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
After graduating in 2011, Dr. Ganzer returned home to Oahu to start working his dream job as a veterinarian. He practiced at Aloha Animal Hospital for many years before joining hte King Street Pet Hospital ohana. He loves to spend time with his wife and four children, going to church, and of course, spending time at the beach. He desires to offer the best quality medicine and services all animals and animal lovers deserve.
