Dr. Konsella grew up in rural Illinois and has lived and practiced in Idaho for 20 years. She has a special love for ferrets but enjoys helping dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and all the other small, furry pets. She is a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Vets, the Association of Avian Vets and the American Ferret Association.
