Dr. Athena Gianopoulos is an avian veterinarian who has a passion for birds, including chickens and waterfowl! Dr. Gianopoulos graduated veterinary school at UC Davis, and completed a two-year working residency with Dr. Brain Speer at The Medical Center For Birds. During that time, Dr. Gianopoulos learned expert knowledge and skills with chickens and waterfowl, and is working towards being Avian Board-Certified in a couple years time.
