Bloomfield Veterinary Hospital

Bloomfield Veterinary Hospital has been caring for pets of the Broomfield area since 1957, when Dr. Clyde Brunner (former mayor of Broomfield) founded the practice. They proudly provide a wide range of veterinary services for dogs, cats, and exotic pets, including hamsters, rabbits, snakes, exotic birds, ferrets, chinchillas, and hedgehogs. They will see backyard chickens.

Selina Zalesak, DVM

Selina Zalesak (Dr. Z) is originally from Texas and completed her Doctorate of Veterinary medicine at Texas A&M University. She fell in love with Colorado and relocated after graduation. Dr. Z has been practicing in the Denver area for several years in urgent care and general practice. Her passion in veterinary medicine is fostering the human-animal bond, preventative medicine, companion exotic medicine (especially small mammals and birds), and surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Z enjoys live music, hiking, scuba diving, and playing volleyball. She shares her home with three beloved pets: two dogs, Rami and Luna, and a cat named Louienardo DeCatLeo (Leo).
