Dr. Dave Christensen has been practicing veterinary medicine since graduating from Kansas State in 1992. He has spent most of his career in mixed animal practices, and owned his own practice in central Nebraska for about 10 years. He has cared for a wide variety of species, including exotics, and has experience in abdominal and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Christensen is the Emergency Veterinarian on the weekends and sees routine medical appointments on Mondays. He and his wife have 2 adult children and a grandson, who have given him the title "Baka".
Dr. Heidi Brigman grew up on a farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Dr. Brigman earned her undergraduate degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences as well as her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Virginia Tech. Her veterinary interests include: preventative medicine, nutrition, dentistry and internal medicine. Dr. Brigman enjoys spending time hiking in the Hills with her husband and her Wirehaired Pointing Griffon “Beamer”. Dr. Brigman is looking forward to meeting you and your fur family!
