Nitarsone is an arsenic-based drug used for the prevention of blackhead disease (histomoniasis) in turkeys and chickens. The drug was approved by the FDA but is getting taken off the market by the end of 2015 by its manufacturer.
Caution: Nitarsone is toxic to waterfowl.
