Cefadroxil is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It is given orally, and is completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.
Note: Cephalosporins may disturb the normal intestinal microflora of poultry, particularly when administered orally and at high doses.
