Deirdre M. Hensen, DVM

Although semi-retired, Dr. Dee is available for patient services on a
limited basis, while remaining a force behind the scenes here at the
hospital, consulting and heading up special events. Dr. Dee is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of
Veterinary Medicine. She is past president of the Long Island Veterinary Medical Association (LIVMA) and serves as its liaison to Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County. In recognition of her outstanding work with LIVMA, she was presented with the Stanley M. Aldrich award.
